Gift Certificates
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift vouchers do not expire and they are transferable if you like to share the fun (either wholly or partially).
You also have the ability to spend the total amount in one order or spend part of your voucher and save some for a later date.
PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE
- Decide on the value of the gift certificate and add them to your cart. You are able to add multiples and combinations of the listed values to make up the required amount.
- Proceed through checkout.
- Gift Certificates are not applied to your account immediately as they must be released by Stampin' Stuff. You will be notified by email when this has occurred.
- By default, the gift certificate will be emailed to you (you can then send it to a friend using instructions below). If you would like it emailed directly to another person, please provide their email address in the comments box during checkout but double check it to ensure it is correct.
REDEEM A VOUCHER
- When you receive an email advising you you have received a voucher, click the 'Redeem' link contained in the email
- You will then be redirected to Stampin' Stuff and a message will appear stating the gift certificate as be redeemed.
- Return
to the home page. You can see your remaining balance in the sidebox on
the right side of the screen or in your shopping cart
You can then use the gift certificate yourself or send it to a friend (please see title 'sent to a friend' for more details).
USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE ON A PURCHASE
- Follow 'Redeem a Voucher' steps above
- During
step 2 of checkout (step progress is displayed at the top of page)
enter the amount you would like to use in the 'Apply Amount' field. You
are able to enter a partial amount and save the rest for another
purchase.
- Continue as normal through checkout
SEND THE VOUCHER TO A FRIEND- Begin at the Stampin' Stuff home page. You can see the balance of the gift certificate on the right side of the screen below your shopping cart.
- Click 'Send a Gift Certificate'
- Enter the recipient name, email address, gift voucher total and a message. Click 'Send'
- The recipient will receive an email containing their code and a link to redeem the voucher.

Gift Certificate are only released to the purchaser's account after payment has been received.
Please note: PayPal is an instant payment but it can take up to six hours for admin to release the credit. Direct deposit can take up to 72 hours for funds to clear after which time the credit will be released.
