Please be aware that we are unable to give refunds or alter your total after the order has been placed. You do not need to use your discount on the first order and if you forget, you are welcome to save it for another order.
The 'Discount Coupon' box is shown during step 2 of the checkout process. Once you have entered the code, continue through to the next page and your discount will be applied to your total before you are asked to confirm the order. The code must be entered exactly as you receive it. All capitals, no spaces.
