Ideas:
~
Emboss
Core'dinations Cardstock and reveal the core colour by sanding
the raised design with a
Tim Holtz Sanding Grip or
Burnishing Block
~ Use an
Ink Blending Tool and
Tim Holtz Distress Ink to colour and accentuate the raised
design
~ Emboss
Metal or
Foil Sheets and colour with
Alcohol Inks to match your project. Use a
Burnishing Block or
Sanding Grip to sand the raised design to reveal the silver
metal.
~ Spritz your cardstock lightly with water and emboss when wet to
allow paper to stretch further for deeper detail.
~ Apply
coloured chalk to the raised areas
~ Cut out individual elements from the full design to make
embellishments
~ Use a
Brayer and
Tim Holtz Distress Ink to ink the folder then emboss on paper.
This will result in the debossed areas to be a different colour to
the embossed/raised areas. Remember to wash your folder before the
ink dries.
