Tim Holtz Grungeboard is a compressed, flexible sheet of dingy material with a debossed texture that can be:

~ Painted with Tim Holtz Distress Paint
~ Inked with Tim Holtz Distress Ink and an Ink Blending Tool
~ Stained with Tim Holtz Distress Stain 
~ Sanded with the Tim Holtz Sanding Grip
~ Die-cut with Tim Holtz Alterations
~ Hammered and grunged

You can even wash ink off with water and start again.
