The following methods of payment are accepted:
PayPal is a secure payment process. Payment is immediate and can be made using a credit or debit card with Visa access and you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. Please visit http://www.paypal.com.au for more information.
* PRE-PAID VISA CARDS *
You can now purchase pre-paid 'disposable' visa cards in store at Australia Post. They work much like an EFTPOS or gift card (such as Coles, Bunnings etc) and you can use them to purchase products over the internet. Simply choose PayPal as your payment option then when you are redirected to the PayPal login screen, click the link 'Don't have a PayPal account?' which is located under the yellow 'Login' button. Fill in your card details and complete the required fields. Please note: PayPal will not post anything to you, it is just a security feature that you are asked to provide an address so you do not need to have mail service to the address you enter (it doesn't allow PO boxes even though that is the only mail service a lot of people have. Just type any address).
Australian customers only. Bank account details can be found during the check out process and in the confirmation email sent to your registered address after check out. Please allow 72 hours for funds to clear. Payment must be received within 72 hours after checkout or orders will be cancelled and returned to stock . Please contact me via email if you require more time and an exemption may be made. Please quote your name or order number as reference.
Goods will only be sent upon receipt of money order. Name and address details can be found during the check out process and in your order confirmation email. Payment must be received within 2 weeks after the checkout date.
Bank cheques will no longer be accepted and will be returned with the option of choosing another payment method.
PayPal is the only payment method accepted for international orders. Due to fees and currency conversions, all orders placed using other payment methods will be held, pending a PayPal payment or canceled.
POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
ORDERS WILL NOT BE LEFT AT DOORSTEP IF THERE IS NO ONE TO SIGN.
If you select a higher postage rate, refunds will be given via PayPal or as a store credit for other payment methods.
If your order is lightweight and thin it may be possible to send via a letter sized envelope. Please select the flat rate option during check out and you will be provided with a refund of the difference. Please see 'refunds' heading for more information.
The only products that qualify for 'lightweight' are products such as ONE unmounted rubber stamp (single stamp, not a set) and the Bow-Easy.

The satchel you choose is based on the weight of your order. The total weight of your order will be displayed at the top in your shopping cart. Please choose the correct weight bag as choosing the lesser option will cause delays as you will need to make payment for the difference before the order is sent.
Some large items and 12 x 12" paper cannot be sent express. This is clearly marked on the express option during checkout as well as in the item listing. If you choose express, your parcel will be sent regular post and a refund for the amount paid for express will be sent. Please be aware that you will not be contacted regarding this prior to sending as it is clearly marked in multiple places.

RETURNS & MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Please contact me via email if you have any concerns about your order. You may return a faulty item for refund or store credit within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds/returns will not be given for change of mind purchases. If you have genuinely made a mistake and would like to exchange an item you will be required to pay postage fees for the return and re-posting of the item. Stampin' Stuff will provide store credits or refunds but will not send replacement goods. If you would like the product again, you will be required to place another order and pay shipping costs for orders under $75.
Refunds for out of stock items and cheaper postage rates will be given. Please be aware that unless the value of the refund is significant, refunds are processed monthly. If you have paid full price for postage and found that you were entitled to a refund please contact me as sometimes parcels can be missed or the post office charged a different rate to my estimation. Occasionally this does happen and the cheaper price has been honestly missed.
Refund methods for lower postage rates and out of stock/damaged items: Orders paid with PayPal will receive a credit to the same PayPal account. Orders paid by Direct Deposit and Money Order will receive refunds as a store credit only. Stampin' Stuff will not re-send items that were out of stock, damaged or missed from your order at the time of sending and a refund will be provided. Please be aware that there are no exemptions and Stampin' Stuff will not process a direct deposit back into your bank account.
If a parcel arrives damaged by Australia Post, please try to not to further alter the packaging and product as much as possible. Please forward some photos to Stampin' Stuff by email to await further instruction. It will be likely that the products and packaging will need to be returned to Australia Post (at the post office you collected them from) before Stampin' Stuff will replace or refund money.
If your parcel does not arrive in a timely matter, please contact Stampin' Stuff by email with your order number. Stampin' Stuff will then investigate and lodge a missing parcel search with Australia Post. Please be patient as cases can take up to 12 working days to receive the results of the search and it is not possible to make a priority or 'hurry up' Australia Post. Stampin' Stuff will not refund or replace goods until the case has been closed by Australia Post.
